Display Tactix (2003) LTD can offer you the experience and a long history of supplying large format self-adhesive printing to the signage industry.

We are running a Roland large format eco solvent printer and a HP UV inkjet printer, which has the following, attributes: - Maximum print size: 1320mm wide x roll length
- Maximum resolution 1440 dots per inch
- On board contour cutting for accurate "die cutting" of stickers, labels and logos.
We can currently print to the following media: - Gloss photo paper, suitable for interior posters and banner displays, price label and short-term display, etc.
- Canvas for a unique personalized picture, etc.
- Cast 3M Vinyl, general-purpose high performance vinyl for long-term outdoor durability and good conformability.
- Cast Avery "EZ Apply" vinyl - an excellent product for application on vehicle wraps etc - ultra conformable with low initial tack.
- Clear vinyl or translucent vinyl for window signs, etc
- Window Vision, for one-way vision in showrooms, shops, and on vehicle windows.
- Translucent vinyl, for internally illuminated signage.
- PVC Banner, Direct print to 500gsm banner material for economical fully printed banner production.
- Fabric, Direct print to woven polypropylene for short-term exterior or long term interior displays.
While our machines use waterproof solvent based UV stable inks, we supply all vinyl prints with a protective clear overcoat to maximise abrasion resistance and further enhance UV resistance.
All printed media has an expected outdoor durability of 1 to 6 years.

Intermediate Digital Media 2 – 4 years
High Performance Digital Media (Cast Vinyl) 3 – 6 years
With a particular laminate the durability can be expanded up to 10 years.
Our in house design department has at it's disposal a large range of high resolution photographic clip art, so if you require a particular image, we may be able to help. In addition, our design staff is very experienced in Photoshop manipulation, so if any embellishment, improvement, or repair to your files is necessary, we can assist.
File Transfer
We can read Zip, CD or DVD, or files under 5MB can be e-mailed.
We can read both PC and Mac files, and can directly open the following:
- CorelDraw (version 13 and earlier)
- Adobe Illustrator (version 8 and earlier)
- Freehand (version 11 and earlier)
- Photoshop (version 7 and earlier)
- Acrobat PDFs (print optimised)
In addition we can also read the generic formats, EPS, JPG, PLT and TIF.
Scanned Images (BitmapFiles)
Please use the following guidelines to determine resolution to give satisfactory results: - If the print is to be viewed in close proximity, supply file at 200 dpi at final output size.
- If the print is to be viewed from a medium distance (footpath signs, posters, etc) supply file at 150 dpi at the final output size.
- If the print is to be viewed at greater distances (vehicle wraps, banners etc) supply file at 100 to 75 dpi at final output size.
Fonts
Please ensure that all fonts are converted to paths or curves, or all fonts are included. Also ensure that any linked files are included.
Colours
We have a reasonably large colour gamut available, but it is important to realise that any process printer cannot match 100% of pantone (spot) colours. Where accurate colour matching is critical, please supply a colour proof, or specify pantone matches for us to aim for.
