Standard Terms of Trade for small general orders.
These are our standard terms of contract. We have tried to write them in plain English. One purpose of these standard terms and conditions is to avoid any misunderstandings between Display Tactix (2003) Limited and you, our clients. We would like to set your expectations and bring a few matters to your attention. You are automatically accepting these terms and conditions by placing any order without the returning of signed confirmation forms.
1. Tax invoices will be issued shortly after the completion of an order. A monthly statement will be sent shortly after the close of the month.
2. Where Display Tactix designs any product, mechanism, or graphic, the intellectual property rights for that product remain the property of Display Tactix unless agreed in writing that the rights should pass to the customer.
3. Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain available for acceptance for 28 days from the date of the quote, after which a revised quotation may be required.
4. Payments for tax invoices issued must be paid in full by the 20th of the month following the date of the invoice. Display Tactix reserves the right to impose a credit limit at any time and also reserve the right to charge interest at a rate of 12% per month on overdue accounts. Supply may be stopped on overdue accounts and the debt may be passed on to an appropriate agency for collection and are liable for any collection fees.

6. Payment is payable by cheque to Display Tactix (2003) Limited. Payment can also be made by direct credit via Internet or telephone banking. Bank account details for such payments are available upon request from Display Tactix.
7. Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer from the time of delivery of the goods to the customer or it's agent, but Display Tactix retains ownership of all goods until full payment is made for all goods.
8. If the goods are sold by the customer prior to payment for the goods, then the proceeds of sale thereof shall be the property of Display Tactix.
9. While any monies are outstanding by the customer to Display Tactix, the customer grants to Display Tactix the right to enter the premises where the goods are stored and remove them.
10. Return of Goods. As the majority of goods are made to order returns are not generally accepted. However if you have a issue please contact us as we may be able to help. Goods would need to be returned within 7 days and in as new condition.
